Stefan is one of America’s top professional artists. He is a graduate of the Wisconsin Academy of Art and is dedicated to contemporary traditional art. He has attained international recognition with his watercolor paintings and his works are in many important public and private collections. Among his prestigious list of awards are Best of Show and three other top awards earned when he swept the 24^th Annual Texas Watercolor Society Exhibition at San Antonio, Texas. He has won the top award in the Southwest Fiesta Biennial Exhibition, Museum of New Mexico in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The coveted Sun Carnival First Award at El Paso, Texas. The First Award 38^th Annual Regional Shreveport, La. His prize winning painting "WHIMSICAL WEEDS" is reproduced in the book prize winning watercolors book 7.
